2 out of 5 stars TILT BRACKET BUT HARDLY WORTH MENTIONING TILT   October 13, 2008

After reading the previous person's review on this, I decided to write to Amazon to find out more about this item before I commited to buy it. They said that it was a FIXED TILT BRACKET. So I thought it would be suitable for my needs. However, on receiving it, I am rather amazed that they can call it a TILT bracket at all. There are 2 sticking out bits that join the wall section to the section that screws to the tv. The top one is shaped so that it pushes the top of the front section out more than the bottom which is, in theory, meant to give the 'TILT'. But the TILT is hardly enough to worry about. Looking at it I can hardly tell that there is any tilt at all. Also the whole bracket sits so close to the wall that it is a tight gap for the aerial plug when plugged into the back of my TV. I have been tempted to return this item for a refund. But it's just not worth me paying the post to return this for a 4.99 refund! If you want a basic bracket without expecting much tilt, then there is nothing wrong with it. But personally I think this is a very fine line of Trades Description failure if it is described at TILT.
